/ How HyperTrench works.
Most of the margin behind a Hyperliquid position sits idle. HyperTrench lets you buy any pumpfun coin with it while your trade stays open.
/ Connect the wallet that owns the Hyperliquid account and paste a contract address. The desk reads your free margin directly from Hyperliquid and shows it as buying power.
/ Spending margin moves your liquidation price closer, so the desk quotes the new price before you sign. You choose one of three buffers to decide how close you are willing to go.
/ You approve the order and a USDC transfer with two typed signatures, which cost no gas. Relay’s solver then fills on Solana from its own inventory, so the coin reaches your wallet within seconds.
/ You need no SOL for the purchase. If a route cannot complete, Relay refunds the deposit. HyperTrench runs no vault and never holds your funds, and your position’s size, entry and leverage do not change.
/ When you sell through the desk, the proceeds return to the same account as margin and move your liquidation price back. The 0.50% desk fee buys $HYPERTRENCH.
